Glens Falls has reached a tentative agreement with Queensbury developer Chris Patten that will see a commercially zoned parcel at the corner of Glen and Bay streets preserved as green space and a new apartment building constructed along Union Street. Patten plans to build an 18- to 20-unit apartment complex along Union Street, directly behind 425 Glen St., which is home to 32Fit Gym and Heritage Apartments.
