Vaccine Supplies Still An Issue

As of Saturday, vaccine supplies in Warren County continue to be extremely limited.
New York State has established guidelines that require Warren County Health Services to administer vaccines only to certain essential worker groups in Phase 1B. Pharmacies have been designated as vaccine locations for those 65 and over, and their supplies are expected to increase in the coming weeks.
“At this point, we are encouraging the elderly to try to get an appointment with our local pharmacies,” Warren County Health Services Director Ginelle Jones said.
New York State-run clinics have been designated for vaccine for anyone who qualifies, and as of Saturday morning, the state-operated clinic in Potsdam is the only state clinic that listed available vaccination appointments
