Glens Falls Man Charged In Capitol Incident

A Glens Falls man who boasted in a Facebook video that he was in the “Capitol building smoking with all my people!” was arrested Wednesday in connection with the insurrection earlier this month, according to federal officials. James Bonet was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building without lawful authority and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, both federal misdemeanors, according to court documents. The Albany FBI office said Bonet was arrested Wednesday.
